Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damageddefective, or incorrect.

  • You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unusedunopened, and in the original packaging.

  • Perishable goods (e.g., flours, mixes, baked goods etc.) cannot be returned once opened or used.

  • Non-perishable items such as tools, accessories, or packaging products may be eligible for return if unused and in original condition.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Opened or used products

  • Perishable or expired items

  • Sale, clearance or promotional items (unless damaged or defective)

  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us at [sales@orbifoods.com] within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include:

    • Your order number

    • A description of the issue

    • Photos of the product, packaging, and any damage (if applicable)

  2. Our customer service team will review your request and, if eligible, issue a Return Authorization.

  3. Once approved, we will provide instructions for return shipping or arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Refunds

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved:

    • refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

    • If the item was incorrect or defective, we will cover the return shipping cost.

    • If the return is due to customer error (e.g., wrong item ordered), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.  

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. If you need an exchange, contact us at sales@orbifoods.com
